Patrick has a 5th grader at Sutherland. Patrick’s favorite Foundation project is one he is creating right now! He is working on our “Forever a Bulldog” initiative. As an alumnus himself, he knows how important our school is to ALL Bulldogs- past, present and future!

Gretchen has a 5th grader at Sutherland. Gretchen’s favorite Foundation project has been creating the Outdoor Classroom. She loves that the garden continues to benefit not only Sutherland’s students, but the entire Beverly community!

Tameca has a 5th grader at Sutherland. Tameca loves that the Foundation is committed to meeting our teacher’s needs. Big or small, The Foundation has supported ALL manners of requests from our staff. She can’t wait to see what this year brings!

Becca has a 8th grader at Sutherland, and two alumni who graduated in 2020 and 2023. While she has MANY favorite Foundation projects, hers is the hope that The Foundation makes lasting contributions every year to help make Sutherland an even more amazing place.

Ryan has a 2nd grader at Sutherland. Ryan’s favorite project was installing our first (definitely not our last!) Sensory Path! The path is an awesome way for all students- tall and small to get their wiggles and worries out! We love seeing Bulldogs on the path!

Monique has a 5th grader at Sutherland, and an alumna who graduated in 2024. Monique’s favorite project is expanding our classroom libraries, and the excitement of her daughter bringing home a book with a girl that looked like her-a Black girl-on the cover. Representation matters!

Catherine has an 8th and 4th grader at Sutherland, and an alumna who graduated in 2020. Catherine’s favorite project has been installing the Outdoor Classroom and that it actively engaged each and every student.

Dr. Susberry is a first grade teacher at Sutherland. Her favorite Foundation project is THE STAMPEDE! She loves that not only our students, but our staff all come together in such a big way to support our school!

Tomika has a 5th and a 3rd grader at Sutherland. Tomika’s favorite Foundation project hasn’t happened yet! She is so excited to help plan Sutherland’s 100 year gala which is going to be held in 2025! Stay tuned!
